I am new to the board, and I tried posting this already but cannot find it so here goes
We moved within the past year and all the video software got lost. We had adobe elments 10 (anda book) and Sony Vegas 9 Platinum

I need both photo and video editing software

I will probably buy Adobe Elemnts 11 because I had Adobe Elements 10 for the computer, and I was still in the learning mode but liked it.

I will not go with anymore sony vegas problems,,,er I mean Programs That was a waste of money that never worked.

SO I need some suggestions as to which video editing software to buy. We need clip editing, titling, dubbing/sound editing, special effects would be nice (like cartoons, light sabers etc) Also it would be nice to have a program to do the authorship on dvds. I had the DVD architect with the sony vegas, but iit did not do anything, and since Sony would not make good on fixing the software, I am responding by not buying their software anymore.
