Premiere CS3 doesn't regonize HD-video

I try import hd-video file to adobe premiere CS3 but it doesn't regonize it. I can't even play HD-file in quicktime, real player, windows player, vlc player.

I'm propably missing some codeks, but WHAT?

HD-file = MPEG2video, linear pmc and original MPEG HD
