Somewhere in the upload process of capturing HD video in Vegas 9 I'm getting these 'unwanted artifacts' in the form of red lines and mosaic squares. Sometimes in black & white video their white or clear, but quite noticeable. I've tried different ways of bringing the video into the system, yet it still has these artifacts that infect the picture on the average of every 3-4 seconds. I'm very familiar with Vegas, have used 4 in the beginning, used 7 for years, and now am trying to use 9 but this is the problem. I've installed Vegas 9 on 2 different systems, both using Windows 7 (..not sure if or why that would be a problem) ..and even installed both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Vegas, and they both yield the same problem. I love Sony products and everything else I like about Vegas 9, ..but I can't seem to fix this issue. Can anyone help..? Seen this before..? Ideas..? O'Shea
