YAAVI won't save file

Hi guys, I need some help with YAAVI.

I'm trying to sync audio for a movie and have got it spot on using the program but when I close it and click yes to save my modification an error box comes up that says Failed to save data for ''

Can anybody help me? This is rather frustrating.
