So I recently downloaded and started trying to use ImTOO Blu-Ray Converter 2 so I could convert some mkvs and avis to blu ray so I could burn them onto a bluray disc, but every time it finishes, it ends up completely out of sync. Why is it doing that and how can I fix it?

I just dropped 100 bucks on a blu ray burner and a 30 pack of bd-r's, someone please tell me how I can fix this so I can start burning stuff.
