Problem w/ my Hitachi (model #57F500a)

TV: 57" Hitachi, model # 57F500a

Yesterday, I turned my TV on and after a few minutes the screen just screwed up. The green colors appear to have shifted, which has caused a sort of "double vision". Here's the best description of the problem I can give: Looking at the Red/Blue/Green colors in a grid fashion, the green lines appear more "parabola" shape, than straight, horizontal lines. I tried "magic focus" w/ no luck. Then tried to manually fix the lines, but I can only edit the Red and Blue lines.

And here's a picture of the problem:

As you can see from the picture, the green lines do not line up w/ the red and blue lines (white lines).

I've checked a few other post about similar problems, but I have found no solution yet. One post suggested using a DCAM remote, but I have no idea what that is, or how to get one. It was suggested that a DCAM remote could fix the green lines, whereas they typically cannot be edited. IDK, any suggestions?

I'm not in a huge hurry to fix this, as it's not my "main" TV, but it is my xbox TV (as my other TV is a plasma).
