I have a 2 year old 37" flat screen Vizio. I recently moved the TV about 100 miles by car, but in the original box and packaging. When I went to hook up the TV at my new location, there was a spark that occured between the cable line and my TV. The cable company has come back with some test equipment. All tests seem to indicate that there is an electrical surge or short in the TV.

Any ideas if this can be repaired and any idea on the best place to get it fixed? I am in the Phila, PA area, but can also take the TV to York Pa if a good repair shop is around.
