Dissidia ISO can't be deleted

Hi everyone,

So my problem is that I was trying to load on a Final Fantasy Dissidia ISO onto my PSP. While I was moving it, I tapped the USB plug which made the PSP refresh itself during the transaction, making it incomplete. Now, there is a Final Fantasy Dissidia ISO on my PSP, of 0 KB, and each time I try to delete it, it does so but once I refresh it just comes back. What happened and how can I get rid of it? For some reason it's taking up about 900mb of the memory stick (oddly..)

And before, Dissidia was able to load and play fine.

I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread. I was kind of confused due to the nature of the problem.. lol.

copy everything from the memory stick to the computer, then format it.
