I'm kinda new to this so i'll try and explain carefully. i've got an English psp nd got it hacked by someone else. Don't know what firmware it is but do know that when i press select i can cycle through umd iso mode nd it gives me; normal, m33 driver, sony np9660, de isofs. I downloaded the games from pirate bay nd they were rar files. So I downloaded UMDGen 4.0 nd converted them to Iso file. Thn made an iso file in the game file of my psp nd put the games in it and it came up as on file of corrupted data. Is there something i did wrong or r they faulty cracks. please help.
btw if anyone knows how to convert nds files so they play on psps love to know but can u 1st help me with this plz

well, your first istake was not knowing what a rar file is....
download winrar (google it, should be the fist link)
and extract it...
dont convert to an iso because its a zipped folder so to speak...
after extracting, their should be an iso file or cso
should drag and drop that into your iso folder
Its me and im here...so yea thats all i wanted to say

Cheerz m8 but i've downloaded winrar nd there's a butten that says: extract to. Where do i extract my archive to? and i seem to have all my documents on the winrar archive. How do i extract only the files i want to extract and where. Then are you saying that an iso file will just appear on my psp memory stick?
Cheerz 4 ur help already but ur gonna have to break it down bit more 4 a comp tard like me.

haha no problem, we all start somewhere right?
ok since you have winrar,
Right click on the file and click "Extract to..."
and extract it to your desktop.
Now youll probably have your iso file in the desktop!
Now just plug in your psp, or insert your memory stick(or whatever it is you do to put files on your psp)
and navigate to your "ISO" folder(im assuming you know where its at)
Now grab the ISO file you extracted to your desktop and drag it into your ISO folder, and tah-da! your done, now unplu your psp, and go to your memory stick and it should be there...
i just read your post again and i noticed that you said that you made an ISO folder in the GAME folder is that correct??
if so, then we have to fix that ;D
This is where the ISO folder goes
ms0:/ISO
it goes on the root of your memory stick (root=the place where all your folders are at.. ex:Video, PSP, PHOTOS)
so dont put the ISO folder inside any other folder...
hope i made it clear enough
Its me and im here...so yea thats all i wanted to say

well, you ectract it to your desktop, and like i said, you drag and Drop it into your ISO folder in the root of your memory stick(PSP)
an ISO may or may not appear appear... Depends how it was compressed and how thy did it...
But the file should be named after the game ;D

no, the root of the memory stick is where the folders
PSP
MUSIC
MP_ROOT
PHOTOS
etc
are located
sort of like this
ms0=Memory stick
ms0:/PSP
ISO
Music
MP_ROOT
and so on
and yes, that may be why they are appearing as corrupted
Its me and im here...so yea thats all i wanted to say

Other questions i've got r tht on my old memory stick i used to have cheats enabled nd it came in the form of scpluggins or something like tht. just wondering if u knew how 2 make tht work.
Nd just wondering if u knew a place 2 get psp formatted ds games cause i've seen people playin ds games on their psp nd they prob didn't use the emulator cause it wasn't slow
