psp error 80020148! could someone please help!

i have a black psp phat filmware 5.50 gen-b. every time i try to play some games off my memory card it comes up with
(the game could not be started. 80020148.) could someone please help me.

I too got the same message on the GEN-B, while i was trying to run Tekken 6. I thought that might be the problem with the firmware being incompatible with this new Tekken 6, so i upgraded my PSP phat to the latest CFW 5.50 GEN-D2.

This was no good.... still get the same error (80020148) while trying to run Tekken 6.

Can someone guide?

Hey, I just got Tekkin 6 to run on my PSP, there wan never a firmware issue, it was the Tekkin 6 iso which needed to be patched!

Applied the patch and there is no more an error message!
