PSP ISO help!

I'm a new member and i've tried tro access other threads, but can't. Therefore I need someone's help. I have a psp game and extracted the iso file. i've placed it in the iso folder on the root menu of my memory card and the game starts to load up when i go to the game option on my psp. for some reason it says the game cannot start (80020321). I'm running system software 3.10 OE-A. Please help!

Also, I had someone hack it and i have RIN GB/GBC Emulator on it as well as uoNesterJ NES Emulator 2 and Snes9xTYL 0.4.2me.

the error is saying your system firmware is not up to date. you must upgrade to a higher firmware. i would suggest gen d3 do this in steps.
update to 3.52 M33

When this is done, update to 5.00 M33

then you can go to d3 if you like.

I attempted to do as you instructed but there are a couple problems. I copied the kxploitpatcher and kxploitpatcher% folders but it shows "corupted data". Secondly, I was able to run the 3.52 creator and update. on my system info it says my software is 3.52 M33. when i try and install the 5.00, it says "3.52 needs to be installed". Does it not recognize it? not sure what to do
