Hey,

I'm using PSPaint to show me some maps of inFamous so I can find the last few blast shards and mark them off as I get them. Does anyone here know:

1: What the max file size in pixels PSPaint can handle is?
2: Can the picture be moved around?

The reason I'm asking is I've formatted the PNGs to 480x272, and then to something smaller, but I still can't get the palette options on the right side of the screen. Any help is awesome.
