Should I upgrade to 5.00 m33-6?

I finally got my PSP fixed after 5 months and now I have a new 4 GB original memory stick PRO duo. The thing is I had already downloaded Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines, Naruto Shippuden: Akatsuki rising and Gran Turismo in advance.

Finally, I put them in and then.... they didn't work. Do they require a newer firmware, I have 4.01 m33-2. They show the error "The game could not be started (80020148)". Is it worth upgrading to a newer firmware. Which one should I upgrade to? Will some games not work in 5.00 m33. I don't want to find out that there are some problems with my new firmware because I don't have a Pandora battery to downgrade or unbrick my PSP.

Please, can anyone tell me the advantages and the disadvantages of 5.00 m33-6? Should I upgrade but how to I upgrade to 5.00 m33-6 from 4.01 m33-6. Should I just download the custom firmware (5.00 m33) and run it and then download the m33-6 one and just run it. Do I need to do something else too?

5.00 m33-6 is not going to get those games working either you need gen d3 http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1873

Anyway, I fixed the problem. I just downloaded Boot Exchange and decrypted the games and they work perfectly now. I ended AC in 1 day 2 times, that game is just amazing.
