Had to reinstall chicken but didnt have 5.03 gen-a, seeing as they say you need it to install gen-b on a psp3000.

first of all this isnt the case, you can run chicken then just run the 5.03 gen-b updater.

Anyway I saw a post about Sedna and how you can now turn off the 3000 models without losing the cfw. Now am I reading things wrong or does this plugin just place the psp into standby mode, something we 3000 owners are already doing to avoid the frustration of having to run chicken all the time.

So question is why release this when its easier to just flip the switch and place the psp into standby. Am I missing something?
