ive got a problem ive got a psp fat fimware 3.40 and im trying to change to 3.40oe-a is that posibble or to change it to a cfw any thing

I wouldn't go to 3.40 oe-a, that one is long outdated. What you need is ChickHEN, there is a good tutorial around, try the forum search.
