What is the most effective and easy way to get uber prinnies (And all the others) unlocked in char creation (and Possibly some exp cheats I really dont like going into etna mode and re-doing storymode again) is there a good system like action replay or gameshark, or should I go with cw-cheats(or something like it?)

I've come across things like nite PR but they require a hacked psp and trying to do that has a high chance of bricking it is there a technique?

Edit; also Ive been looknig into "hacking" it but I dont know if i should get a pandora battery and if I have to what should I do with it?

(I have a psp slim it says 2001 as the number)

Get pandora battery and magic memory stick if you want your psp hacked. I've hacked my psp slim 2001 using that. You really need to have a hacked psp so that you can install nitepr and CFW. Or if you don't know how to use pandora/MMS, get a professional to open it up.
