FIRMWARE PROBLEMS!!! Help!!!

So I downloaded Persona 3 Portable, but then It gave me the error saying my firmware isn't high enough because I still had my PSP on 5.50 D2, so, I booted up my D2 - D3 switcher and switched back to D3, but when I did it said something about "Creating a new Pegasus.prx" and then went back to the main screen, and now NONE of my games will run, Prometheus wouldn't work either.

Can I fix this??
HELP!!!!
