Having problem with persuit force: extreme justice!

I applied cwcheat code "99 stars in shop" to the game. When I did that, I am 9% complete with the "billy wild" mission and the boat mission. Now I can not procceed further into the game even if a completed these missions. After I finished these mission, they would still be there with no new missions. I disabled the cwcheat but it still doesnt work. How can I solve this??? Please upload your 9% saved game if you have one. I have the europe version.
