My ISO foler cannot be viewed from my PC

I have a 3.71m33 CFW Phat PSP and when I go into the PSP from my Pc... I simply cannot find my ISO folder... I was not allowed create one because apparently it already existed.

I used some flasher a while back- not sure what it was called. But my psp shows up as MAGICMS on my PC...

So I found a file called GAME371 and put my ISO into it... Then cut it and pasted it into the root of my PSP.. The game showed up in my game folder in my XMB and was available to play- but it is completely invisible when viewing from my PC!

If I try create and ISO folder in the root of my memory stick- it tells me that it exists! But I combed my PSP to no avail.. The file does not exist.

Its something to do with the flasher I used.. So please tell me what to do.
