My psp screen keeps blinking

Hi there,again i'm a newbie,nice to meet you^.^

I was playing my games for about 30minutes and the screen started blinking(it's not that the screen turns black or something,it's just that the image turns brighter and darker and again and again).

first exit the game thinking that it was the problem of the game,but i notice that it also blinks while in my psp homepage,then turns my psp off......hoping my psp would recover when i open again,but when i turn on my psp,it's still blinking,and this time i don't even dare to open the game,i turn it off again,and i keep trying to solve the problems and started to think what the problem is,and after about 40minutes,i open my computer and while my computer is loading,i open m psp again,and amazingly it doesn't blink anymore...what's the problem anyway?
i do check the forums about the blinking case,but too bad it was closed,i wasn't able to get enough details,and not even sure it was the same problems,pls help me out...T.T
