Okay, I bought a used PSP, and it had FFVII on the memory card. Is there a way to change the PSN account on the PSP without loosing the ability to play that game off of the memory card?

I tried to download a few demos, and because I didn't have the old owners info, I signed in with my PSN account, and when I try to download a demo, it tells me that this is a different e-mail than what the unit was activated on, and I will lose all content from the old e-mail.

Anyone know of a work around for this?

I can't mod mine, as I have a PSP 2001 TA-088v3 and it was OFW 5.50 when I got it, so modding is a definite can't do.

So basically if I register the unit so I can download and play demos, I will loose the FFVII PSN game?

I have backed up the memory card to my PC hidden files and all, so I wouldn't just be able to register my PSP for the PSN network and just move my backed up FFVII game back onto the memory card?

The message it gives me is

If you perform this operation, you will not be able to use content that requires activation of the other account on this system.
Do you want to continue?

Yes or No

Yea it is because the game was purchased by the old owner with their PSN account, and since I am trying to download the demos with my PSN account, I get that message.
