psp black screen not a brick(solved)

ok i was trying to fix the umd drive on my psp 1001 by switching it with a new one when that had faild i thought the mother board was the problem so i switched the T-82 with a T-81 when that didnt work i said screw it so i put every thing back the way it was and now the screen goes black when i turn it on but the sound is still there so i made sure that the screen was attached and it was so i was stumpt so i need to know if its the screen or the psp.

It could be the backlight that got disconnected.

it will be GPU problem... try reball the GPU .
if GPU problem it effect the UMD drive also, UMD drive auto run w/o puting any UMD...

well as i figured out not to long ago it was the back light after cracking my psp 2001 screen *.* . thanks for replying guys it helped a lot i thought i would have to spent $35 on a new screen but now i have to spend $55 on a 2000 psp screen -.-'
