PSP ISO help!

I'm a new member and i've tried tro access other threads, but can't. Therefore I need someone's help. I've downloaded a psp game and extracted the iso file. i've placed it in the iso folder on the root menu of my memory card and the game shops up when i go to the game option on my psp. for some reason it says the game cannot start (80020321). I'm running system software 3.10 OE-A. Please help!

Would be good to know what game you try to start but seeing your firmware version it is probably the same problem every 2nd noob has when he comes here: It is outdated and you need to update to a newer version.
