PSX EBOOT ISSUE!!

hi there

i recently used a website to get incon0 and pic1 pictures to customize my eboots by using psx2psp. some of them still work but then most of them dont. such as crash bash. i go to play it and everything looks fine. but after the playstation 1 logo appears nothing happens. the screen stays black and the psp stays on until i quit the game or turn it off. the KEYS.BIN file are in the folder with it. btw im running on 5.50 GEN-A (Full).

oh and before i customized the eboots they all worked

please help me!
