New laptop advice... SAMSUNG Series 3 NP300V?

Hey guys,
I need some help choosing a new laptop which will be used mostly for work and listening to music. I am looking at spend no more than £500.
I had a look in PC World today and saw the SAMSUNG Series 3 NP300V (link).
What do you think of it?
The NP300E5A (link) is £50 more and has an Intel i5 processor, however I don't like the look of this laptop as much. Is the Intel i5 much better?
