hello people just purchased a new iphone 4 and need to backup all the files on my 3g including emails notes and all important data...is there a good tutorial or how to that could help me as I do not want to delte or format any of these files that are so imortant for my work. thanks in advance.

A Yahoo or Google account will help you to backup your contacts, emails, calendars and notes (http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=138740).
To backup your songs, videos, podcasts, audiobooks, playlists, artworks etc. you can have a look at this software. Hope my answer will be helpful.
