iPhone not appearing on 'my computer'

My iphone was jailbroken with blackra1n on software 3.1.2 and everything was completely fine. I then updated the software to 3.1.3 and re-jailbroke it with spirit. The iphone is working completely fine and it appears on itunes, however it doesn't appear on 'my computer' because windows 7 can't find the correct driver to install. Is there anything i do?
