Iphone touchscreen Problems

Ok, recently I broke the glass screen for my Iphone, so later that night I ordered a replacement with the adhesive. Yesterday I got it in the mail and attached it to my Iphone, everything went smoothly. That is up until the point where I booted it back up. The touchscreen stopped working all together.

So I'm kinda lost right now.

I was thinking maybe a connector was left unplugged but I don't see anything I forgot.

I left everything the way it was when I started the operation. There was for sure nothing spilled on any part of it.

My last thought was that it could have one of the parts flashed or something so that if its removed it stops working.

Oh, and I did take the SIM card out when I did all this.

Any help on this would be Amazing. Thx again in advance.
