I have been trying to transfer movies to my new ipod touch (iphone without the phone) and using a software named Format Factory to convert the DVD's to mp4. That has been working great, usually.

I have a movie named Joe Dirt which I tried to convert and, when it converts and I move it to the ipod touch, it has the commentarty from David Spade on it. I looked at the original DVD and you have to choose the format (widescreen or fullscreen) and there are options on the DVD menu for the commentaries, etc..

Can you let me know how I can get a movie like this to work?
