I don't think there are any right now. It's better to have a bigger screen for 3D, it's a much better experience IMO. Besides Pioneer, the best TV companies will have to be Panasonic, Samsung, and Sony. Ironically, they are the only companies that have 3D TV's available to the consumer right now. Sharp has teamed up with Pioneer a while ago, their Quattron TV's are OK, but definitely a step up from their past TV's. LG I would stay away from, though I have to admit they have gotten a lot better.
For Panasonic, the smallest is the 42" TC-P42GT25 for $1,699.99. But I recommend the VT series instead, but the smallest they have is a 50" TC-P50VT25 for 2,499.99
For Sony, the smallest is the 40" KDL40NX710 for $1499.99 and 40" XBR40LX900 for $1699 .99. But I find the HX909 or HX808 series to be the best.
For Samsung, once again, the smallest if a 40" UN40C7000 for $1,799.99
Because the VT series for Panasonic and the HX909/808 series for Sony offer much better quality than their 40" models, if you had to have the smallest 3D TV I would get the Samsung UN40C7000 LED.
