Hi

I have a Swann CCTV system and it save in .264 file format, however the software supplied is useless. I am looking for something (preferable free) to convert the file into a more common file to upload, pass onto police etc. Ideally it should play while converting, also allow me select a segment of the video and just convert that?

The only one that I have found that works is OJOsoft Total Video Convertor, I have tried Free FLV, Ultra MKV, super,Any Video converter and many more, all with little or no success.
