Problem: Some BDs play with black lines at the top and bottom. I want to re-author these files so that the picture fills the entire screen on my HDTV.

Aim: To re-size the video while retaining DTS-HD audio (my HDTV does not support Dolby HD so ignore this).

Some steps I have taken
1/ I have tsMuxeR so I can separate the different streams and then I run into difficulties, primarily with audio.
2/ I also have Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate (WVCU) which I use and is excellent for re-sizing.
3/ This gives me the options of:
a/ Use WVCU to transcode the raw m2ts file which gives me low definition audio (based on the non DTS audio stream) but I assume unnecessarily transcodes this audio as well.
b/ Remux out the video stream with tsMuxeR into a m2ts h264 file and re-size it with WVCU into a mp4 h264 file. Problem is I cannot load this modified mp4 video back into tsMuxeR.
c/ Demux with tsMuxer into the component streams (1x .264 & 1x DTS file). Problem is WVCU cannot re-size the file (it does load it but cannot play/resize it).

If anyone could point me in the right direction to overcome these problems I would greatly appreciate it.
