I have a 23gb .mkv 1080p file and would like to burn that to blank blu ray 25gb bd-r as video blu ray disc. which program will do that? would the 23gb .mkv file fit onto a blank 25gb bd-r as video disc?

also, If I have other blu ray 25gb video files can they fit on to a blank bd-r 25gb as video disc?

I don't want to burn them as data disc but would like to burn them as video disc.

I have nero 11 burning rom program and imtoo blu ray creator 2 program. windows 8, Samsung blu ray writer. Philips bdp2600 blu ray player.
