BD archive looses composite video on playback

I have a Main TV using HDMI and another small CRT TV using the composite output from the same player. Original BD's provides HDMI component and composite video from the player. When playing an archived Movie using DVDFab to rip and burn a 25G BD it will only provide an HDMI and component output, no composite. This happens even with 0% compression.
I want to have both video signals from the player so the picture can be viewed at both sets.
Any help or explanations would be appreciated.

I have a Sony S580 BD player and I use DVDFab 8.098 to rip and burn my Movie only archives with a LG BH12 re-writer.
