I have a LG Blu-ray burner and I used Power2go to save a blu-ray disc image. The process took about a hour, when it was done I had about 32 files totaling around 26 gbs.

Very confused, please help.

Power2go does not handle the encryption. You have to have a decryption software. I use AnyDVD HD from slysoft.com. It has a rip to ISO function.
