Burning a Aiseesoft BR backup copy to BR disk

I purchased the Aiseesoft blu ray ripper to back up my blu ray collection and now need to restore one of my movies since the original disk got broken. When I ripped the movie, I stored it in the MPEG2-TS HD video format with AC3 6.0 surround audio. After burning it directly to a BD-R, I quickly found out that it does not work. I did a bit of searching and found that it needed to have a file structure with the Certificate and BMDV folders in order to play on my Blu Ray player. I processed the MPEG2-TS HD (*.ts) movie with tsMuxer creating the necessary files and added chaptering every 10 minutes. I opened ImgBurn, selected write files/folders to disk, added the BDMV and certificate folders and burned it again. This time the movie played on my Samsung BR player, but the sound was choppy, like kind of in and out. My BR player goes directly through my surround sound reciever via HDMI so I connected it directly to the TV to verify it wasnt a decoding problem within the receiver. I played the .m2ts file created by tsMuxer on my computer and it sounded normal.

Does anyone know why this happened with the sound? Is there a way to fix it so I can try and reburn another disk without wasting one? Thanks in advance for your help.
