Profile deleted unable to play saved game HELP

My 9 yr old deleted my profile on my Xbox 360. I have never logged into Xbox Live so I am unable to retrieve my profile. Since my profile is deleted I am no longer able to continue my UFC Undisputed 3 game which is saved on a usb drive. I tried copying and moving the saved game to another profile but keep getting a message saying "This item cannot be transferred between profiles" Is there any way to continue my saved game now that my profile has been deleted and is not retrievable via Xbox Live or am I basically fucked and have to start all over??

You can use Horizon (xboxmb) to resign the savegame to your current profile and storage device. Copy profile ID number and storage device ID from another save on your current profile/storage device.
