Pretty much, when I left Helgen through the tunnels and out of the cave, Hadvar doesn't want to talk to me. So i cant start the next part of the quest, and the dragons are invincible, and I cant talk to Baalgruuf. The issue is that I dont want to start again, because I thought it wouldn't matter, and have leveled this character quite far without the main quest, but now I want to do it.

I'm having trouble with the console commands, I'm pretty sure I can just 'setstage mq101 <stage number> to get me to the next stage, but it won't work? Am I typing the command wrong?

Please help :(

I know this should be in a PC discussion room, but where the fuck is it?? theres no pc game forum room?
