i saw that gta v ind version got nuked..
what does it mean?
does it mean all the online players will be banned or something?

No, it means that the release is defective and maybe not working. Normally there should be a fixed version following.

When it's nuked, there could be any possibilities as to why it was Nuked. Can even be misspelled incorrectly, and they'll nuke it.

Also, if you see one that is nuked, usually they leave a comment as to why it was nuked!

there is any way to know if the game is nuked?
some list like tha ap2.5 games list?

i saw in other site someone saying that nuke is just stolen version,
and it nothing fake with it , all the difrent is the realising team
that one stole the version from the other.

they are all stolen, the one you are referring to was nuked because the 2nd disc was incorrect in size, look at vcdq if you want more information.
