HELP?!?!?! i have a Linksys router the model is WRT300N and the firmware for the software is Firmware Version: v0.93.3 .I've tried everything; DMZ, port forwarding, port range forwarding. And many more, my ps3 model is the fat version, 40 gb and i bought it in 2008. Whenever i play BC2 i get an error to connect to server message, every 5 minutes! or even less. And whenver i play GAT 4 i can only play online for 2 seconds! can anbody help?
first things first, I am no expert but no one seem to reply to your post and so I decided to give something to work with, you need to make sure you have a static IP, also regardless if you are forwarding ports in your router if the following information has not been properly enter then the forwarding would not work, get that from your ISP, and change it in the BASIC SETUP,you need to change the AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION DHCP in order for these fields to appear...

There are three versions of the Linksys WRT300N. If it is version 2.0, you are in a bad place because the firmware is crap and can't be replaced. If it is version 1.0 or 1.1, then you can install DD-WRT, and this firmware will actually do what you tell it to do.
