The R3 button on both my PS3 controllers has stopped working well because I use them so much while playing Call of Duty. It kind of works, but it doesn't always register that I have pressed the button...does anyone know if replacing the analog stick itself would solve the problem?

It might just be the button itself; it is a pretty standard button that the stick sits on top of.
