Selling my PS3, making the right choice?

Well, finally, they day I have been looking forward to has come and passed, Uncharted 3. Beat it, and what can I say, it was awesome.
Anyways, now I'm sitting on a kmeaw 60 GB PS3 and thinking about selling it. I use my 360 for multiplatform gaming AND online capabilities. The only exclusive I want to play on PS3 that I can think of is The Last Guardian, but who knows when that game is coming out. Even when it does, maybe prices will drop and I can buy one at that time for lower than the price I sell my ps3 today. What other games would I be missing out on or why should I not sell it? Also, what sort of value should I expect, I'm hoping $225ish w/ 2 controllers, maybe throw in my 500 GB HD and games for $300?

You can probably get $250 with two controllers...the HDD probably won't add much. Obviously the number of games, age, etc would be needed to even guess the value of those.

Dam, forgot about Twisted Metal! But I forgot to add, my ps3 is hacked so can't get online atm anyways which is why I would play TM. and games I have = games on external HD... LOL

How about the E3 Flasher thing which lets you do a dual boot of OFW AND CFW. Here is the link for more info.

I dont think the dual boot feature works properly yet, would have to find someone who has one to test with.
As for selling your PS3, you wont get much for it, especially a phat version due to them more prone to overheating.
It about what may happen, if the new model ps3 never gets hacked, then the number of hackable consoles will fall, and prices go up, but his probably wont happen for at least 2 years.
On the other hand if the new model does get hacked, then prices will fall as any ps3 can then be hacked.
So really up to you if you want to sell it.

The E3 is junk...if you are lucky it can be used to downgrade but it won't allow for dual boot. On top of that, it usually just bricks the system.
