I believe it's supposed to come out in July. At least that's what imdb says. It's called The Last Airbender directed by M. Night Shyamalan. So you never know what it may be like.

Damn right, some of the best visuals I have seen. And the good thing about it, Cameron plans to have a second and third part(he said he already has the plans, all depending if first was to be received well by viewers(aka make money)).

To all the haters out there, please go watch the movie first, this way at least you'll be entitled to bi!#ch about it.

True... and not to mention the revenue from it being shown in 3-D. I know my ticket was a staggering $12.50... but after you see it in 3-D I'm not sure I could watch it in any other way!

BTW most plots of movies are derived from the basic principle of having a hero, villain, love interest and some supporting characters. How you get from A to B though all depends on how well it's thought out.

I honestly felt they put alot of work into Avatar and the futuristic ideas presented in this film will be things we'll look back on 20 years from now and say "wow, we didn't have those back then, but we do now!" (And to clarify, I'm going the touchscreen PC/display route, not humans having an actual living breathing AVATAR! LOL.)

But yet again. Who knows, right?

I mean, I saw surrogates and just a week after that I was reading news about a prostetic hand that was controlled just with the mind, where we can get from here, is just yet to be seen.

Part of The Last Airbender was Filmed about a mile from my house.
It's the second Movie I ever seen Filmed I was an extra in the first Movie but it never made it to the movies.

They filmed at the Pagoda in Reading,PA.
There has a tractor trailer there for a week with a guard watching it 24/7 I wonder what was all in there. That was back in April the weather was bad so it took them longer then they wanted.

Can't wait to see it Here is the article.

I watched a very good Cam of Avatar (A=8 V=8) on my 46" Panny plasma, and all it did was make me want to go and watch this puppy in 3D at the Big Screen!

This is the ONLY movie I've ever watched a pre-release of, and less than half way thru was saying to myself..."DAMN! I gotta see this in 3D, and on BIG Screen"! Great story, amazing graphics, well acted, and powerful production all equals the top grossing movie of all time in just a few more weeks.
This one's gonna be tough to beat for some time to come.
