It's also important to note that the jailed guy posted at the end of the sequel STOLE paypal accounts to SELL pirated software online, therefore committing FRAUD among other crimes. The SIIA should be ashamed trying to pass him off as a regular Joe who just downloaded music for free. The man was a real criminal and deserves everyday he spends in jail.

Everything is a copy of everything as everything is buffered in one way or form to be consumed.
Illicit profit is wrong but shearing will never be.

Further evidence that the entertainment industry is completely and utterly out of touch with the people they're trying to sell a product to.

"The more you copy, the less there will be"
Since this video came out the Video game industry has exploded and people have still been copying/d'loading games for decades and we still get more and more games. This video is so full of shit it's pathetic. I've also never wanted to slap the eye liner off of someone so hard in my whole life. That guy made me want to kill him.
lol

Well the train of thought is if everyone copied there would be no media.
But more correctly media will change to something more balanced as so they can sell stuff to the populace, and because of that balancing act copying and downloading that garners no profit should be a right.

But people hack the Xbox 360,& PSP and load them up with pirated games everyday. The neither systems game market has dried up. It's a fallacy. If someone DL's a game the company didn't lose profit, because that person was not going to go buy the game anyway.

Pretty much but at the same time if everyone or the majority did media would be greatly reduced.
But can you really make the majority get stuff for free over buying, I think buying/consuming is just to ingrained in humanity.
