Ventura Content filed a $6.75 million complaint against the owners of Brazzers on Tuesday, which operates adult entertainment "tube" sites. While they are clear that their videos are there, the courts have already ruled that streaming sites are not liable for streams.This would also more than likely apply to this case as http://tv-links.cc was found not guilty of infringement and kept going.
