Long story short, BurstNet is a web serving company...people pay for an account to do whatever they want with (within the law, that is). A couple of accounts have been linked to possible terrorist activity...so rather than disabling those accounts, BurstNet has chosen to disable every blog account, for every user they have, regardless of payment status. Ignoring the fact that this is clearly theft, it is also an attack on free speech. I think that the next time my hosting contract runs out, I will be switching to a server in a free country.
