Wow knew it would only be a matter of time before he got summoned to court again, thought it would be in relation to iTunes/doubletwist similarities, nice to see the courts going outside the box for once and bringing in people who know what they are talking about that won't be bought off or threatned by the big companies. This case gets more interesting...

So let me get this straight. Is he being Sued for legally encrypting the CSS Encryption from a DVD asked by Apple???

No he is being subpoeaned, to assist in the facts over the Apple anti trust lawsuit, so as an expert witness/providing documentational evidence against Apple ;)
