In a presentation today at a Washington DC think tank today FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski outlined a his vision for a more proactive approach to net neutrality. I'll believe it when I see and when the MPAA and the RIAA goes away from all the lawsuits over piracy. I bet there is still something in their provisions that's gonna let the to stick around and have their way and rip us all out of money.

Edit: forgot about the clause there that says, Subject to the needs of law enforcement stuff.
