is it just me or are there just way too many smartphones that look and feel the same..only difference is brand name

That's Windows Mobile. TP2 doesn't run android.

I didnt say the TP2 Did run android gullzway i said it looked like a TP2 running android... however i beg to differ its being ported see : http://www.androidonhtc.com/
