Last week we reported that a French court had ruled against Nintendo in its case against the Divineo group, a seller of DS flash carts which allow for homebrew, and the playback of music, movies and pirated games. The question here is has Nintendo patented their product and if soo then any third party should do business with Nintendo otherwise it is against the law however i am all for open source but i am sure that Nintendo is no way and never has been open source with its technology.
